We are not contracted with any Medicaid programs, which includes Apple Health and its Managed Care Programs (Amerigroup/Wellpoint, Coordinated Care Corporation, Molina, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Community Health Plan of Washington), or with Oregon Health Plan and its MCOs (CareOregon, Trillium Community Health Plan, Health Share of Oregon).

Services for patients with Medicaid will not be covered and will be the financial responsibility of the patient.
