We are contracted with many insurance plans and will submit claims to your primary and secondary insurances, if applicable. You will be responsible for the cost of any deductibles, copayments, coinsurance and non-covered services at the time of service.

We will verify your benefits as a courtesy to you, however, we recommend that you also contact your insurance company to verify your benefits and to ensure that we are in network with your plan.
