Dr. Jasmin Medeiros moved from Massachusetts to attain her chiropractic degree at the University of Western States. Prior to this, she attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Her background as a high school and collegiate cross-country and track athlete sparked her interest in the health field. She always felt that it was her calling to heal people in a non-invasive, hands-on way, which led to her career path as a chiropractor.
Dr. Jasmin has worked with patients from all walks of life, with various musculoskeletal conditions. She believes in treating the whole person to promote optimal functionality. To do so, she uses a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and proper ergonomics. She has attended various seminars on chiropractic techniques, soft tissue and myofascial work, as well as movement biomechanics.
In her spare time, you can find Dr. Jasmin skiing in Mount hood or hiking through the Columbia River Gorge.
